Subsidence damage

On this project D J Hutchings & Sons were instructed by loss adjustors acting on behalf of the clients insurance company to repair the premises back to its original condition following subsidence damage.
The works comprised of above ground structural crack repairs and associated internal finishing and decorative repairs.
Our fully trained operatives installed stainless steel bars, bonded into cut slots at pre-determined levels in the masonry using cementitious grout. This strengthened and stabilised the property against further movement.
The client was delighted with the end result and finish.
