I would like to thank you for your highly professional standards whilst dealing with the complex building of putting my cottage back together.

This was the most stressful time in my life after my neighbour’s thatched cottage caught on fire, taking my cottage with it.

I met you while I was completely broken and not in the best place to deal with the disaster that I was facing after such a traumatic experience in my life.

I knew as soon as I met you that your empathy towards me in such devastating circumstances, that your interests were with the client, and that you were giving me the best available service to get me back into my cottage that you knew meant so much to me due to my personal circumstances.   You made me feel more positive about the rebuild right from the start.

The work completed has been outstanding.   Marcus has completed some really great work as a professional craftsman, as well as the rest of the teams.  Please thank them all.   You have kept me up to date at all times, even out of hours which has been beyond what many other contractors would have done.

I would highly recommend you to anyone that needs an honest reliable professional finish to a property that means so much to them.

My parents and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the hard work you and your team put into repairing all the damage in my parents property after the fire.  We were heartbroken we thought it couldn’t be fixed, but you guys did an amazing incredible job with care and passion.  Thank you, we are forever grateful.

I and my wife wish to place on record our appreciation for the excellent work in carrying out repairs to our kitchen/utility room.   Dom is a very capable worker with a strong sense of customer awareness.  We would also like to thank Olly his manager.  They are both a credit to your company.
