Following a significant fire, this property in Kennington, Oxfordshire, required extensive reinstatement works to restore the home to a safe, comfortable and modern living environment.

Working closely with the insurer, loss adjustor, contract administrator and the client, our team delivered a comprehensive programme of repairs covering both the internal and external elements of the property.

The project involved the complete reinstatement of the fire damaged rooms, including, plasterboarding, decoration, flooring, joinery and tiling.  A brand-new kitchen was installed to the client’s chosen specification, together with a fully refurbished bathroom complete with new sanitaryware and finishes.

Externally the garden areas were transformed with new decking, fencing, sheds and artificial grass, helping to restore the property’s outdoor living space.

The result is a beautifully restored home that not only replaces what was lost but provides the homeowner with a fresh, modern and welcoming living environment.
